Job Summary

Manager of Integrations, this full-time leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the third-party integration strategy while building and leading a team of Integration Specialists, focusing on enhancing customer value through scalable integrations in the freight technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the third-party integration strategy for the Transportation Management product suite
• Lead the strategy for Aljex integrations, determining partner alignment with long-term vision
• Build and coach a team of Integration Specialists, ensuring timely and quality delivery of integration projects

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in the freight broker and freight technology space, with familiarity in TMS platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading or managing technical or integration-focused teams
• Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations
• Proven ability to align technical initiatives with go-to-market strategy
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, and Account Management teams
