Manager of Integrity and Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Integrity & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide ministry-level or enterprise-wide functional strategies to address business and regulatory issues
• Collaborate with System Services Areas, Regions, and Health Ministries to ensure consistency and integration of strategy and operations
• Measure and report KPIs/metrics while providing leadership for the colleague life cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in health care compliance or consulting
• Thorough understanding of health care legal and regulatory practices
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with Medicare and third-party payer regulations is preferred
