Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Intelligent Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the IA Team and aligning tactical direction with strategic goals
Managing automation development lifecycle and ensuring compliance with standards
Building and maintaining a high-performing team through coaching and development

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 8 years in technology with progressive management experience in RPA or similar technologies
Strong project management skills and experience with SDLC
Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
Experience in enterprise architecture and continuous improvement practices (preferred)
