Manager of Internal Communications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Internal & Executive Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns and executes communication strategies for the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Leads the development of internal communications strategies and campaigns across Finance and Technology initiatives
• Drives content and production for Finance and Technology All Hands meetings, fostering employee engagement and cohesive narratives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
• Experience in insurance and/or healthcare preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leaders
• Experience supporting complex stakeholder groups with strong prioritization skills
