Manager of Internal Communications

Job Summary

To enhance employee engagement and support company initiatives, the full-time Manager of Internal Communications will develop content strategies, manage internal communications execution, and maintain the communications calendar in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content strategies that promote recognition programs and connect employees to the company's mission and values
• Own the execution of internal communications across various platforms, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives
• Manage the company intranet, including editorial planning and content quality control, while consulting with teams on messaging best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in internal communications or corporate communications
• Experience managing vendor relationships and communication tools/platforms
• Proven ability to write and edit engaging content in various styles and formats
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach across in-person and virtual settings
