Manager of International Restaurant Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, International Restaurant Design & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve international brand design standards for new builds and remodels
• Implement construction document sets and adapt tools to meet business needs
• Manage project timelines and serve as the primary contact for communication across teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in Architectural/Interior Design, particularly in retail or hospitality
• Experience leading complex, multi-market brand initiatives and managing project timelines
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in people management, including coaching and performance management
• Proficiency in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp
