Manager of Investigator Grants

Job Summary

Leading the development and continuous improvement of grant forecasting, the full-time Manager of Investigator Grants will oversee a remote team, manage forecasting tools, and analyze financial metrics while ensuring timely deliveries in collaboration with various global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as a direct Line Manager for IG Forecasting team members, overseeing their development and performance
• Leads the creation and maintenance of forecasting tools and processes, while tracking FTE resourcing and team output
• Analyzes operational project data and prepares financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely IG Forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in forecasting Investigator Grants
• Proven experience managing teams in Investigator Grants, Payments, or a related field
• Strong background in resource planning, budget development, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
