Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Issue Resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track issue resolution trends and report insights to drive high-quality outcomes
  • Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with business owners to support Continuous Improvement opportunities based on root cause trends
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of general business experience, particularly in life, annuity, and/or disability claims
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Service and Issue Resolution
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Life insurance certifications (e.g., LOMA, ICA) preferred
