Manager of IT Systems and Data Architecture

Job Summary

To support day-to-day business operations, the contract Manager of IT Systems and Data Architecture will manage internal tools, data architecture, and AI tooling while ensuring security compliance, working remotely for a fixed term of 4 months with potential for extension or full-time employment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer core SaaS systems and manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective internal tool usage
• Design and maintain data architecture and integrations, ensuring reliable data flows and governance practices
• Support the AI tooling ecosystem and operationalize AI workflows across departments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations, business systems, data engineering, or systems engineering
• Hands-on experience with modern SaaS environments and strong Jira administration skills
• Proficient in designing data models and integrations with fluent-level SQL skills
• Practical experience with AI tools and familiarity with security compliance programs
• Track record of building integrations via APIs or iPaaS tools
