Manager of Knowledge and Learning

Job Summary

To promote a diverse and inclusive learning culture, the full-time Manager of Knowledge and Learning will develop and enhance knowledge strategies, create learning content, and manage educational platforms in a remote or hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and learning initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Create and deliver webinars, toolkits, and online courses that align with NAMI's strategic objectives
• Manage learning platforms and report on engagement and learning activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a related field
• Demonstrated understanding of knowledge management principles and experience in delivering learning activities
• Moderate to high competency in learning management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
