Manager of Knowledge Enablement

Job Summary

To enhance the quality and accuracy of Medicaid RFx responses, the full-time remote Manager of Knowledge Enablement will manage content lifecycle processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize knowledge libraries for AI-assisted proposal development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content lifecycle management by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to develop and enhance content
• Support proposal writers during live RFX responses by identifying and utilizing existing Medicaid Content Library (MCL) content
• Establish and maintain operational processes and documentation to ensure clear and consistent team operations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, content development, and writing within Medicaid and managed care
• Demonstrated experience in proposal knowledge management and technical writing, preferably in Medicaid managed care
• Proven ability to manage a knowledge-driven SharePoint environment, including document libraries and permissions
• Strong familiarity with generative and agentic AI systems for content creation and analysis
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
