Manager of Lab Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Lab Cost and Finance Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standards for COGS and costing templates
• Perform detailed financial analysis and create pricing scenarios to support client requests
• Partner with lab teams to manage costs and recommend changes to improve profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or related certification preferred
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in financial analytics or cost accounting, preferably in healthcare or related industries
• Exceptional analytical skills and proven experience in cost management or decision support
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; NetSuite experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
