Job Summary

Manager of L&D Analytics, this is a remote, contract position focused on overseeing the L&D controls process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting and execution while managing team workflows and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Own process design, workflow management, and execution standards for the L&D controls process
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for consistent execution
• Coordinate with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables to ensure critical control processes are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications/Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Proven experience managing teams focused on compliance or operational tracking
• Strong process and data skills with the ability to identify data quality issues
• Experience with data management tools or learning management systems
