Manager of Learner Analytics

Job Summary

The contract-based Manager of Learner Analytics will work remotely to evaluate learning products, analyze learner outcomes, and provide actionable insights to enhance curriculum design and program effectiveness over a duration of 3-6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of evaluation plans for learning products
• Analyze learner performance data and produce reports that translate findings into actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to inform curriculum improvements and assessment effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in learner analytics, education evaluation, or related fields
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with learning management systems and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and translate data into recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams
