Job Summary
Leading a team focused on fundraising business readiness, the full-time Manager of Learning and Development will develop and deliver training resources, oversee operational documentation, and ensure successful implementation of organizational initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive readiness strategies for new fundraising products and process changes
- Establish and maintain governance for fundraising documentation and standard operating procedures
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of readiness and performance enablement professionals
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in training or development, particularly in operational readiness for fundraising teams
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing professional teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and/or certification
- Demonstrated experience in leading operational readiness for large-scale initiatives
- Experience developing and governing documentation and knowledge management systems
