Manager of Learning and Development

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on fundraising business readiness, the full-time Manager of Learning and Development will develop and deliver training resources, oversee operational documentation, and ensure successful implementation of organizational initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive readiness strategies for new fundraising products and process changes
• Establish and maintain governance for fundraising documentation and standard operating procedures
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of readiness and performance enablement professionals

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in training or development, particularly in operational readiness for fundraising teams
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing professional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and/or certification
• Demonstrated experience in leading operational readiness for large-scale initiatives
• Experience developing and governing documentation and knowledge management systems
