Manager of Learning and Development
Job Summary
To build and lead the company-wide Learning & Development function, the full-time remote Manager of Learning and Development will establish strategies, programs, and processes to enhance employee capabilities and performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and own the company-wide Learning & Development strategy and roadmap
- Design and deliver manager development programs focused on critical leadership capabilities
- Build scalable L&D programs and infrastructure, including learning technology and reporting
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development or talent development
- Experience designing manager and leadership development programs
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning evaluation practices
- Ability to diagnose performance gaps and translate business needs into development solutions
- Experience implementing or managing learning technology and related L&D infrastructure
