Job Summary

Owning the strategic direction for both Implementation and Learning, the full-time Manager of Learning and Implementation will manage a team to enhance onboarding processes and develop educational content while working remotely or from the Boulder, CO office.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic roadmap for Implementation and Learning, prioritizing tasks based on data-driven insights
• Manage and develop a team of specialists, ensuring accountability and clear standards for onboarding and educational content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning programs with platform updates and new technologies

Required qualifications

• Experience managing teams and setting strategic priorities in a business environment
• Background in Learning and Implementation roles within SaaS companies, with knowledge of best practices and AI integration
• Ability to use data to inform decision-making and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
• Strong communication skills for high-stakes conversations with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in defining success metrics and tracking the impact of implemented strategies
