Job Summary

To enhance employee and manager development, the full-time salaried Manager of Learning and Organizational Development will design, implement, and continuously improve learning programs while serving as the primary resource for leadership development across a growing remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver manager development programs focused on leadership effectiveness and employee engagement
• Create practical learning experiences and resources that support employee growth and career development
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields
• Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
• Proficiency in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
