Job Summary
To enhance employee and manager development, the full-time salaried Manager of Learning and Organizational Development will design, implement, and continuously improve learning programs while serving as the primary resource for leadership development across a growing remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver manager development programs focused on leadership effectiveness and employee engagement
- Create practical learning experiences and resources that support employee growth and career development
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields
- Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Proficiency in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
