Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Learning Experiences to lead digital learning ecosystems and knowledge-sharing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide work direction and coaching to the team, ensuring development and performance goals are met
• Develop enterprise learning and knowledge management strategies with analytics to measure effectiveness
• Evaluate and implement new learning technologies to enhance engagement and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required
• 6 years of experience in education, training, account/client management, and/or project management
• 2 years of leadership/people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
