Manager of Learning & OCM
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare consulting practice, the remote Manager of Learning & OCM will supervise a team of 6-10 consultants, oversee client delivery across various workstreams, and enhance employee engagement and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of Learning & OCM consultants through regular coaching and performance feedback
- Lead and ensure quality delivery of Learning, Training, OCM, Adoption, Readiness, and Communications workstreams
- Monitor consultant utilization and support staffing recommendations to balance development and client delivery needs
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in healthcare consulting, organizational change management, or related fields
- Experience in leading significant workstreams or client-facing delivery efforts
- Proven experience in supervising, coaching, or managing team members
- Strong knowledge of organizational change management and adult learning principles
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
