Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Learning Technology & Infrastructure (LMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and guide a team responsible for LMS administration and instructional design
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the LMS and learning technology function
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the LMS and ensure compliance with training requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Eight (8) plus years of experience in education technology and learning management
  • Three (3) plus years of experience in managing cloud-based learning platforms
  • Experience in managing teams and large-scale learning projects
  • Proficiency in using LMS for reporting and data analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
