Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Manager of Licensing and Credentialing will oversee provider licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment operations while driving technology-forward processes to ensure uninterrupted care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment processes to meet operational needs
• Lead and develop the Licensing & Credentialing team, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment
• Implement technology and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve provider onboarding timelines

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, licensing, or related healthcare operations
• 2+ years of people leadership or team management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of provider credentialing and licensing processes with experience in commercial and government payors
• Proven ability to improve workflows through technology and systems optimization
• Interest in leveraging AI-enabled solutions for operational scalability and efficiency
