Manager of Licensing and Credentialing

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Manager of Licensing and Credentialing will manage licensing strategies, payer credentialing, and Medicare enrollment while ensuring compliance and operational integrity across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-state licensing roadmap, ensuring timely provider licensing through interstate compacts
• Build and maintain credentialing plans for commercial payers, aligning them with licensing and launch timelines
• Oversee Medicare enrollment processes, managing PECOS filings and responding to MAC development requests

Required qualifications

• Direct experience in provider licensing and payer credentialing, including knowledge of interstate compacts
• Hands-on experience with Medicare enrollment via PECOS and credentialing platforms
• Familiarity with scope of practice and prescriptive authority regulations across multiple states
• Experience in a startup or high-growth healthcare environment is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detail-heavy workflows effectively
