Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of product analysts, fostering a data-driven culture
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and influence product strategy
• Design and execute experimentation roadmaps and conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in product analytics, data science, or a related field
• 2+ years managing and developing analytics teams
• Expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Strong experience with data visualization tools and experimentation methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; a Master's degree is a plus
