Manager of M&A and Strategy
Job Summary
Supporting the continued growth of the organization, the remote Manager of M&A and Strategy will manage the execution of mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic corporate development initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and external advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and execution of renewable energy M&A transactions and strategic investments
- Assist in managing sell-side transaction workflows and preparing marketing materials for project divestitures
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate strategic growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 4-7+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy development, investment banking, or M&A advisory
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Experience with renewable energy transactions, including solar and storage projects
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
