Job Summary

Leading a team of Forward-Deployed Machine Learning Engineers, the remote Manager of Machine Learning Engineering will manage the delivery of customer-facing AI and ML solutions from prototyping to production deployment while fostering team growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Forward-Deployed Machine Learning Engineers to deliver AI and ML solutions
• Drive execution in fast-paced environments through agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration
• Translate strategic AI initiatives into actionable roadmaps and ensure effective project execution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, applied AI, data science, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in leading or managing technical teams
• Experience deploying and operating ML or AI systems in production environments
• Strong understanding of ML systems and production monitoring best practices
• Ability to navigate fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
