Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Managed Care and Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans regarding payors
• Renegotiate reimbursement on an annual basis
• Oversee and leverage existing payor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Experience with skilled nursing facilities and home health and hospice contracts
• Knowledge and relevant work experience in the Managed Care/insurance sectors
• Proficient knowledge of medical-contracting methodologies, claims pricing, and reimbursement strategies
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Solid ability to learn new technologies and understand data flow through systems
