Driving the community solar Subscription to Cash revenue cycle, the full-time Manager of Market Operations will optimize subscription origination and management while collaborating with multifunctional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of community solar associates for select markets and clients
• Develop go-to-market strategies to originate and manage community solar subscriptions
• Oversee subscription management and risk management practices to optimize revenue and ensure compliance

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the community solar industry
• Proven business management and people management skills
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and deliver high-quality business results
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building trust
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
