Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes market operations and member utilization to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost-effective care
• Oversees daily market operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of workflows, including hospital discharge follow-ups
• Tracks team performance against KPIs, identifies workflow bottlenecks, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or clinic management
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial role or leading significant workstreams
• Familiarity with healthcare metrics and their impact on market success
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Proven ability to lead teams through operational changes with a solutions-oriented mindset
