Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Material Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic pricing lifecycle for complex global accounts, ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with market trends
• Matrix manage cross-functional teams to expedite high-quality quotes and validate pricing against market benchmarks
• Establish and oversee tracking methods for price baselines and manage the generation of Recovery Management Systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Pricing, or Program Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing pricing through the New Product Introduction phase
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
• MBA or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPM) is a plus
• Deep understanding of global market conditions and supply/demand volatility
