Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Medical Risk Adjustment Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic direction for the team and ensure collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead prioritization of Finance Information Technology needs and manage vendor relationships
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes while providing guidance to staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field required; Master's preferred
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in data analysis and management
• Strong database experience (SAS, SQL, or Access) preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare reporting standards and managed care experience preferred
