Job Summary

Leading a team of medical writers, the full-time Manager of Medical Writing will coordinate the delivery of high-quality clinical documents and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the medical writing team to ensure high-quality, consistent, and scientifically sound documentation
• Overseeing the preparation of clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and other key clinical documents
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, or a related field, with extensive experience in medical writing
• Proven experience managing medical writing teams and overseeing regulatory and clinical document development
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial processes
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts clearly
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with experience managing multiple projects
