Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Member Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor enrollment and commitment to Paymode-X Dividends program
- Manage vendor segmentation and reporting for Paymode-X
- Act as a product liaison and assist with client services team support
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of Member Services/Customer Service Management or Operations experience
- Strong knowledge of Paymode-X, ROC, and Direct Marketing preferred
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree or higher preferred
