Job Summary
Managing the daily operations for a team of Member Success Managers, the full-time Manager of Member Success will oversee performance metrics, coach team members, and ensure high-quality service delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the daily and weekly operating rhythm, ensuring service-level targets are consistently met
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and maintain focus on high-value work
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a client-facing success, support, or account management role
- 1-2+ years of experience in managing teams responsible for ongoing client relationships
- Strong understanding of financial and tax concepts relevant to the team's operations
- Data-savvy with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive actionable insights
- Experience using AI tools for work-related tasks and a genuine interest in AI applications
