Job Summary
To support a growing veterinary network, the full-time Manager of Membership Support will oversee the operational performance and continuous optimization of the membership program, manage a team of Client Support Representatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience and program growth, with a hybrid work arrangement of remote work and two days in-office in Austin.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for the performance of the membership program, including new member acquisition and retention
- Leads a team of Client Support Representatives, establishing service standards and improving operational workflows
- Oversees the administration of membership management platforms and collaborates with IT and Product teams for technology enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience managing subscription, loyalty, or membership programs
- 3+ years of people management experience in client support or operations
- Strong operations mindset with experience in building scalable processes
- Experience in the Veterinary Services or Pet Care industry is a plus
