Manager of Merchandising Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Merchandising Finance who will provide strategic financial partnership to guide key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing strategies, product performance, and category profitability
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards for budgeting and assortment planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions that maximize profitability and growth

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or merchandising finance, preferably in retail or e-commerce
• Strong background in Price, Volume, Mix (PVM) analysis and financial modeling
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and advanced Excel
• Experience supporting new SKU, brand, or assortment launches, including forecasting and margin modeling
• Exposure to marketing spend analysis and collaboration with Marketing and FP&A teams
