Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Metrics and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business reporting processes and ensure compliance with control standards
• Lead and mentor staff in data reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives
• Manage relationships and communication across all organizational levels to support reporting and analytics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cross-functional experience in risk management, data management, and process management
• At least 3 years of insurance-related experience or similar roles
• 3 years of supervisory experience with a focus on auditing and compliance
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis and improvement tools
• Ability to utilize technology to enhance efficiencies and manage team development
