Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Mid-Market Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, and coach a team of emerging sales professionals in the Mid-Market segment
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Sales to set and execute the growth strategy for the sales segment
- Partner with the Marketing team to promote new products and solutions to existing customers
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a driven team of closers
- Proven energy, drive, and ambition to lead a team
- Experience in hiring and understanding the importance of hiring high-performing individuals
- HR SaaS sales experience, particularly in closing deals at $50K+
- Unique talents and transferable skills that contribute to the role
