A company is looking for a Manager Mission Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the development and enhancement of Mission Operations processes, reporting systems, and analytics
• Serves as a point of contact for financial planning tools and ensures accurate forecasting and reporting
• Oversees staff-related reporting frameworks to enable compliance and resource allocation across Mission functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, reporting & analytics, or strategic planning
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tableau and data visualization tools preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
