Manager of MSP Operations

Job Summary

To drive successful client implementations and service expansions, the full-time remote Manager of MSP Operations will oversee complex projects, manage technical support workflows, and serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating with healthcare executive leadership and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and implementation for new and existing clients
• Continuously review and improve operational and technical processes, including SOPs and workflows
• Oversee service issue resolution and support for clients, analyzing support ticket trends and ensuring effective communication

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of full scope project management experience or related experience
• 3 years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
• Thorough understanding of healthcare terminology and Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
