Job Summary

Leading a team focused on technology solutions, the full-time Manager of Multifamily Technology will implement, support, and enhance technology initiatives for leasing and resident engagement in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration, deployment, and integration of multifamily technology solutions across properties
• Manage the post-implementation lifecycle of assigned technology platforms, ensuring stability and performance
• Lead and develop a team responsible for technology setup, support, and delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional/industry designation required
• 3+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or managing technology solutions
• Experience with multifamily property management or ancillary service technology platforms strongly preferred
• Proven people leadership and coaching capabilities
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
