Job Summary

To support strategic corporate innovation, the full-time Manager of New Ventures Operations will operationalize initiatives, drive cross-functional coordination, and manage project execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build structure and processes that support new venture strategy and business growth
• Lead planning and program management for key initiatives, ensuring accountability and tracking deliverables
• Establish operating rhythms and reporting to track performance and key business metrics

Required qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles within fast-moving organizations
• Demonstrated ability to work across Strategy, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams
• Background in consumer tech, SaaS, or sports tech
• Experience in 0-1 startup or corporate innovation environments
• Familiarity with Notion or similar knowledge-management tools for process documentation
