Key Responsibilities

Attract, recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Observability Architects
Define and execute impactful customer lifecycle frameworks in collaboration with the Engagement Management team
Partner with sales leadership to drive customer adoption and expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

3+ years of team leadership experience and 5+ years in the high-tech industry
Direct experience in mentoring, developing people, and managing performance
Knowledge of the Grafana platform and competing observability products
Experience in selling monitoring, data, or visualization products
Extensive Grafana deployment design expertise
