Job Summary
Leading the delivery and implementation of online banking solutions, the full-time remote Manager of Online Banking Delivery will oversee technical projects from design to production readiness, manage development teams, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for implementations, including planning, design, and documentation
- Provide oversight for product configuration, custom development, integrations, and testing activities
- Manage and develop technical teams while promoting accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant software engineering or technical delivery experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with a Master's degree
- Advanced proficiency in 10+ core technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server
- Experience in at least 2 banking domain areas, such as retail banking or fintech solutions
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field
