Manager of Operating FP&A

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Manager of Operating FP&A will manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense visibility while partnering with department leaders to drive strategic financial insights in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with approximately 30 department leads
• Prepare financial reporting and variance analysis, providing actionable insights for budget owners and leadership
• Identify risks and opportunities in spending, hiring, and service capacity while supporting monthly close and reporting cycles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA or master's degree is a plus
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or business finance, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Deep understanding of financial statements, budget-vs-actual analysis, and operating expense forecasting
• Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights and executive-ready commentary
