Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading analysts
• Proven ability to create self-service analytics frameworks
• Senior proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools
