Manager of Operational Excellence

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Manager of Operational Excellence, the ideal candidate will establish quality metrics, assess trends, and drive continuous process improvement within the EnFin Servicing Department, collaborating with various teams to align objectives with business needs, based in Irvine, CA with potential remote options for exceptional cases.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement, and refine quality standards, processes, and best practices
• Establish key performance metrics to monitor and improve process performance
• Lead QA efforts for the Servicing organization, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of quality assurance experience with at least 2 years in a lead or management role
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including AI applications
• Experience managing or overseeing third-party servicing vendors
• Proficiency in creating detailed and comprehensive test plans
