Manager of Operational Excellence

Job Summary

Driving operational performance improvement, the full-time salaried Manager of Operational Excellence will lead data-driven initiatives focused on growth and efficiency while working remotely and traveling quarterly to the corporate office as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze key performance drivers to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Lead change management efforts to implement new operational processes and technologies across centers
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop sustainable corrective action plans to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-6 years of healthcare operations experience in a similar role
• PMP certification highly preferred
• MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field preferred
• Experience with private equity-backed organizations highly preferred
