Manager of Operational Excellence

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Manager of Operational Excellence will define and implement quality standards, establish key performance metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the EnFin Servicing Department, based in Irvine, CA with potential remote flexibility for exceptional cases.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement, and refine quality standards and processes while leading QA efforts for the Servicing organization
• Establish key performance metrics to monitor and improve process performance and investigate performance gaps
• Develop and manage Vendor quality scorecards and prepare test plans to ensure compliance with standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of quality assurance experience with at least 2 years in a lead or management role
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including AI applications
• Experience managing or overseeing third-party servicing vendors
• Proficiency in creating detailed and comprehensive test plans
