Job Summary
Driving operational performance improvement, the full-time remote Manager of Operational Excellence will analyze key performance drivers, implement targeted strategies for growth and efficiency, and lead change management efforts across Crossroads Treatment Centers.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead change management initiatives to enhance the adoption of new processes and technologies
- Conduct root cause analyses and develop sustainable corrective action plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-6 years of healthcare operations experience in a similar role
- PMP certification highly preferred
- MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field preferred
- Experience with private equity firms or within a private equity-backed organization highly preferred
